This publication contains nutrition and physical activity standards to help meeting planners arrange meetings and events that keep attendees healthy and energized. The publication was updated in 2011 to include new recommendations for lower sodium meals and snacks. It also includes food and beverage standards to plan meals and menu suggestions, as well as physical activity standards to help meeting planners include opportunities to be physically active at events.
