This publication contains a list of fish that are low in mercury and other contaminants and high in health benefits. There is also information about fish high in Omega 3 fatty acids, statewide sport-caught fish advisories, and sustainable fish choices. The audience for this publication is women who are pregnant, women who might become pregnant, nursing mothers, or people who are concerned about toxic chemicals in fish.

NOTE: This wallet-sized card replaces the Fish Facts for Good Health brochure in English and Spanish. However, for additional languages, please continue to use Fish Facts for Good Health with an insert updated in 2005.
