8.5x11 booklet.

This 25-page informed decision making booklet is adapted from the Michigan Cancer Consortium (MCC) tool. Its purpose is to provide education and information to Native American men diagnosed with prostate cancer in order to improve their ability to make treatment decisions consistent with personal values and traditional beliefs. The information is specific to the South Puget Intertribal Planning Agency (SPIPA) consortium of five Northwest Tribes (Chehalis, Nisqually, Shoalwater Bay, Skokomish and Squaxin Island). Much of the culturally specific information is also relevant to other Pacific Northwest Tribal communities.
